Operational rules and conditions governing application processing, online transactions, and portal usage.

1. Institutional Information

• This portal is the official digital communication platform of S.D.P. College of Teacher Education, Tihu, located at Tihu Town, Ward No – 04, Dist – Nalbari, Assam, 781371.
• All institutional notifications, brochures, and application forms released here are authorized directly by the college administration.

2. B.Ed. Admission & Eligibility Guidelines

• General Candidates: Must possess a minimum of 55% marks in graduation or post-graduation.
• Reserved Categories (SC, ST, OBC, MOBC, PWD): Minimum requirement is 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation.
• Entrance Verification: Applicants must provide their valid B.Ed. Entrance Roll Number, Application Number, and Entrance Rank.
• Required Records: BA/B.Sc/B.Com marksheet, degree certificate, and identity verification proofs.

3. Application Status & Rejections

• Payment of the online fee does not guarantee admission; all applications remain subject to physical document verification.
• Submission of fraudulent marks, false reservation claims, or incomplete documents will lead to immediate cancellation without entitlement to a refund.

4. Online Transactions & Gateway Security

• Payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay).
• S.D.P. College does not collect or store debit/credit card CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on internal servers.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• All claims, disputes, or proceedings relating to admission, website operations, or payment transactions fall under the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Nalbari, Assam.
